Who I Am: I have absolutely no qualms about eating a piece of raw fish or licking a dollop of jelly off of my kitchen counter, but DO NOT ask me to touch, smell or taste leftover ketchup on a plate after all my fries are gone. That ketchup has gone from tasty condiment to toxic waste within a matter of seconds.
I'm a little bit Irish, Dutch, French and Native American in varying amounts, an avid reader and thinker, a collector of movies on DVD and a beer connoisseur. I have a college degree, but I just had to look up how to spell "connoisseur", which means I should probably ease up on the beer.
